When we bring the strategies online and commence capital allocation, each COMM represents the right to invest the equivalent of 1 USD in our partnering fund for retail investors.
It is required to lock the corresponding amount of COMM into the book to invest. The COMMs would be returned in proportion upon withdrawals and after fees. The hot strategies may apply a book-building process and charge COMMs instead.
Our smart beta fund will offer transparent strategy discussion in publication. The token lockers would enjoy higher investment priority if/when the capacity is limited. Investor’s interest is our utmost priority.
